Good value

Hotel is nicely decorated and stylish. Most staff were excellent only one was unpleasant. Meet our needs in an affordable price range.

Carpet had a musty, dirty foot smell. WiFi was spotty in room.

Good enough stay for business, could have been better, but still works. Good for quick business trip

-was upgraded to a better room -staff were very friendly and easy to talk to -easy transport / central location near SM very accessible -some food options around the area -internet/wifi was decent / good enough for business -nice, big tv and remote control works -good space for a working desk station while doing business in hotel -room had seating area which was a big plus esp. for business travel -lots of seating along the hallways, very comfy feel -most of the facilities are in working condition, but you can tell quality is substandard/cheap. but it works so, its ok.

-no view (their page made it seem there was). even city view isnt great. only gets better on the roof deck -wasn't informed about water dispenser in the hallway, i had to buy water my first night seeing the supplied bottled water wasnt enough. -roof deck where bar/dining/pool/cabana was closed at night -breakfast instant coffee is disappointing. brewed coffee for the price point is expected -no microwave/heating services for take-out food -AC was old and almost dying, control was broken -would have been nice if they didnt force me to check out even if my flight was still in the late afternoon. There wasn't many guests at the time and could have been huge plus points for them. Instead they "allowed" me to wait in the front desk/lobby which is fair, but as I said, could have been handled better. -refrigerator / minibar wasn't cold/cooling enough

Nice place that could use a makeover

Nice location, nice rooftop restaurant and pool, friendly staff, comfortable beds

The rooms are a bit dated and the old wall type aircon was very loud

Not so Grande Vista

Central to the city.

Needs a complete redesign of the central atrium and viewing area. Staircase shouldn't be the prominent thing in the hotel, the reception/ welcoming area area should be. Also no elevator for those who have trouble with staircases.

Wonderful

Arrived at the property at 12 PM and they still accommodated my request to design the room to surprise my wife with our anniversary. All items purchased are accounted with receipts and they only charged a small amount for the request. Front desk staff are also very accommodating.

The place was accessible.

The room was too hot, the air-condition was not functioning. Fan mode only. The flash of the cr was not working. Water from the faucet innthe cr waa unruly, you'll get wet even if you're only washing your hands.
